LITTLE SHOPPING HAUL! ♡

♡ Went shopping the other day & these are some things that i picked up!

Charlotte Russe shirts [far left & far right]: it's a cute dressy tank top, it has gold chains and a cute pattern! i thought this would look cute with some leggings/jeans & heels. The one on the right is a light sweater material, somewhat baggy - but perfect to wear with leggings & boots!

Victorias Secret sweats, sweatshirt, & lotion [bottom & top of picture]: i was looking for comfy clothes! so of course i went to VS, the sweat pants are soo comfy. They're actually like a legging, with a straight leg only they're sweat pants. They're gray, obviously with the pink logo on the side of the leg. The sweatshirt, is called a "boyfriend half zip pull over" - again extremely comfy & cute! The print is on the back, and it's plain in the front. The lotion comes in this cute pink bottle, i got "ready to party" it's a light lotion and smells great.

makeup time! :)
♡ everything from Sephora!
benefit hello flawless powder: I've been wanting to try this powder for awhile now, & i used it for the first time the other day. I would say it's about an average powder, no different than a drugstore powder, in my opinion. It comes in really cute packaging!
lorac cc cream: I've been seeing a lot of YouTube gurus use this lately, so i definitely had to pick it up. After using it for the past few days I've reallllyy liked it! i feel like its a light texture than a bb cream. CC creams are used for color control, or color correcting - like a blemish control cream. I feel like it lasted a long time on my face, and is very natural looking.
Buxum lash mascara: I pretty much just picked any random mascara lol. I didn't want to pick out a $20-$40 mascara, so i went with this one which was only $10. It's more of a thicker, long brush - & so far im really liking it!

My top hair care products for long hair ♡

♡ Since my hair is pretty much my life, i thought i'd tell you my favorite products. I'm one of those girls that barely ever goes to get her hair cut, because i love long hair and if i get a little cut off - i feel like i got all of my hair cut off lol. So these are the products i use to maintain long beautiful hair :)

L'Oreal everpure sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner: $5.99
After doing a lot of research on sulfate-free shampoos i decided to finally switch my shampoos up and by the L'Oreal and i'm so glad i did! I feel like it has really helped my hair. There's more shine, and it doesn't feel as dry as it used to.

Why is sulfate free shampoo better for you? (article found online @ healthyhairplus)
"
"Think about it, if sulfate can cut the grease in house cleaners, it can certainly destroy the natural oils that are in your hair. Without oil, your hair will turn frizzy. Your scalp will also become devoid of the natural lubricants. Your body’s response is to make more oil. This becomes a vicious cycle the more you wash your hair. Not only will your scalp become very oily, so will your forehead where shampoo is in contact with it.
Once you are used to the non-bubbling shampoos, you will soon notice the benefits of clean hair and naturally oiled skin and scalp. Your hair will lose its frizz and it will feel so much smoother because of it. Split ends will also be reduced or become a thing of the past altogether."

Macadamia natural oil deep repair masque:
read my review about this product HERE!

Aussie hair insurance leave in conditioner: $2.97
I love leave in conditioners, I feel like they really help dry hair. I've been using this one for awhile now, when my hair is wet, i'll spray this product all over my hair & then comb it. It smells amazinnngg, & while adding moisture to your hair, i feel like it also detangles it too. If you're looking for an inexpensive leave in conditioner, i highly reccomend this one.
what it claims to do:

"Aussie Moist Conditioner for dry, damaged hair claims to give dry hair a long quenching drink that will make it silky and irresistible. It's made with Australian guava fruit, and it claims to provide dry, damaged hair with a moisture infusion. Aussie Moist Conditioner is also pH balanced, it is said to be gentle on permed and color-treated hair, and the label claims it can be used on a daily basis."

White sands the cure 24/7: $29.99
what it claims to do:
"The Cure 24/7 is a leave in reconstructive treatment with visible results within minutes after application. The name says it all: a treatment that can be done day or night, wet or dry. The Cure 24/7 repairs damaged hair fibers, making tresses stronger, smoother, and shinier. Restoring damaged hair has never been so convenient and simple."

I bought this a few weeks ago, and so far i am impressed by it. After applying my leave in conditioner, i add this to my ends. I don't know if it complete removes split ends, but it does mend them and make them smoother, and does help my fly aways. The packaging is great because it comes with a pump, and the product itself is very lightweight.

It's a 10- miracle leave in product: $12.39
This is another one of my favorite leave in products.

what it claims to do:
"Delivers ten benefits: repairs, adds shine, tames frizz, protects color, detangles, prevents split ends, curbs breakage, softens, boosts body, and protects hair from heat"

I love this product but for my hair, i don't agree that it completely repairs it. It definitely is great for taming frizz & adding shine. I feel like it makes the damage to my hair a little less noticeable and it's easier to manage!

macadamia natural oil healing oil: $39.95 [bigger bottle]
what it claims to do:
  • Intense nourishment for tangle & frizz free hair
  • Hair that is ultra-smooth, manageable & shiny
  • Natural UV protection extends the life of color treatments
  • Reduced drying time by an amazing 40-50%

i've been using macadamia products foreverrrrr! they are pricey, but they're worth it. I use this oil for when my hair is wet or dry. After i straighten it i apply this, it makes my hair sooo soft & shiny. & i love how it smells! When my hair is wet, i'll comb it first and then apply it to my ends to tame the frizz. I would avoid adding this by your roots because it may make your hair look a little greasy. A little goes along way when using this.

Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque ♡

You can buy this at Ulta for $33

My hair is pretty much my life, lol & i can honestly say this is one of my holy grail products. I use this at least once a week because i do have dry, damaged hair from straightening, dying it and etc. After i'm done shampooing my hair, i'll add this and I can instantly feel a difference. I either blow dry or air dry my hair and in the morning my hair is silky, & shiny.I have really dry, brittle ends & after using this every is so soft and smooth. I think it even smells great. It is a little pricey, but in my opinion it's worth every penny.

 Ingredients:
Water (Aqua), Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Cetyl Palmitate, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Chloride, Amodimethicone, Trideceth-12, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Sodium PCA, Dimethicone, Triethanolamine, Citric Acid, Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Benzoic Acid, Chlorphenesin, Sorbic Acid, Linalool, Hexyl Cinnamal, Butylphenyl Methylpropional , Citronellol, Limonene, Yellow 6 (CI 15985), Yellow 5 (CI 19140), CI14720, Fragrance (Parfum).

The mask looks like it would feel very thick, but surprisingly when you put it in your hair it is so light weight & hydrating and really easy to work with.

Overall i would buy this product over & over again. If you're looking for a good repair mask, i highly recommend this one. I'm always buying different hair products but this is one i always will run back to. I give this product a 10/10!

Sonia Kashuk Undetectable Crème Bronzer ♡

♡ Price: $10.99
What it does: gives a golden glow while minimizing imperfections.

♡ Sonia Kashuk bronzer is a cream to powder bronzer,
it's shimmer free & great for contouring! It blends perfectly into the skin, and it doesn't give you that harsh line that most powder bronzers do. I started contouring about a few months ago using powder bronzers, but after hearing about this bronzer i definitely wanted to try it and I fell in love with it. Using a cream bronzer gives you that natural perfect glow.

♡ The packaging comes in this cute, elegant gold case. The compact opens and, there is a sponge applicator & mirror. I would recommend using a brush to apply this though.

♡ The bronzer comes in two colors: warm tan & rich bronze. I was originally going to buy the warm tan, but i thought because it was more of a medium color, you wouldn't be able to tell i was wearing it, so I went with the rich bronze. So the warm tan would definitely be good lighter skin women, but getting the rich bronze maybe alittle more easier, considering you wouldn't have to build the product up as much. Both bronzers blend out very sheer.

♡ Both of the colors are very warm, not orange at all. When applying i would recommend using a tapered buffing brush - and you would apply it the same way you would as if you were using a powder bronzer.

Overall: I bought this product because of all the hype, and it really does stick to it's word on what it does. If you are new to cream bronzers, I highly recommend this. I've also heard it's a great dupe for the chanel de soleil bronzer. I give this product a 9/10.
